Olbas Oil

Hopefully I'm being super paranoid about this but in an office with a colleague who has a bad cold and is using Olbas Oil.

I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant and can smell it from my desk. I can't see a definitive answer about whether you can use it or not in pregnancy - I know I'm not the direct user myself so am hoping this is ok? Any advice?!

It's fine to use in pregnancy.

I used olbas oil during pregnancy as the pharmacist told me it was safe to do so

I saw my doctor a few weeks ago about a sinus infection , he told me to use smell olbas oil and steam using it etc. It’s perfectly fine Smile

I use olbas oil for pregnancy rhinitis (constantly blocked nose).. doctor recommended it!
