Currently 26+3. For the last week and a bit I’ve had a lovely pile hanging out of my rear!

I’ve got it under control so it’s comfortable with a glorious routine morning, evening and after a BM. I clean with a baby wipe, then wipe with witch hazel, pop in an anusol suppository and apply the cream. It no longer hurts but it’s still very much there and very ugly. I’ve also made sure my BM is loose with fybogel/lactulose.

I can push most of it back in but it’ll pop out straight away so I generally don’t bother.

Any ideas on how I can shift this? Will it ever go back in after this long?

With Christmas and NY I doubt I can get a GP appointment or a reply from my midwife anytime soon as not an emergency. Was hoping I could shift it myself and wouldn’t need to see anyone!

I have one that popped out after my second birth. It's there and it doesn't bother me much. I'm now pregnant with number 4. I think after I'm done with breastfeeding number 4 I'll ask for surgery as the internal ones often break and I bleed for some days. I have my own routine to help it but at some point you have to realise it's time to get them fixed.
My mom had surgery and after that she said she doesn't know why she didn't do it before, as it was such a relief afterwards.
