Serve intolerance whilst pregnant

Hi All,

I'm recently 6 weeks pregnant and I'm really worrying that having a service intolerance to milk could affect my pregnancy.

I obviously don't eat anything that I should do at all or drinks anything, but every now and then I still get a flare up and can have a bad stomach

Has anyone else had intolerances during pregnancy's and do they affect it at all?

I'm sure they don't so sorry if the post seems silly it's just something that's playing on my mind.

Thankyou
Smile

I have a really sensitive stomach to a lot of foods and have bad flare ups for no reason, I’ve been fine all the way through just do what you normally do baby should be fine if you do have a flare up just stay hydrated x

What is serve or service intolerance? Confused

I went lactose intolerant in all my pregnancies (I think, wasn't formally tested, but definitely I linked no digestion+puking with eating cold milk products). Lot less queasy when I avoided cold milk products. I couldn't eat yogurt again for YEARS afterwards.

4 pregnancies & 4 healthy FT babies were the result.

I just had to learn the hard way I couldn't have milk products in first 6m of pregnancy. I got ok with milk & tea in & pizza last 3 months, cooking/heat breaks down the lactose, I'm told.

I lived on sweets, crisps, chocolate, soda on the bad 1st trimester days.
I quite loathe "Your diet must be perfect during pregnancy" messages.

I have both a gluten and a dairy intolerance. I have found them harder being pregnant as normally if I'm out and can't find anything to eat, I'd just snack and be fine with that but that's not ideal when pregnant. I'm trying to make sure I have fortified GF cereal etc and making use of fortified nut mills and DF yogurts etc to try and get the calcium in
