sorry yet another one but do I assume this is a BFP?

did a test this morning on the off chance, cycles can be quite random iycwim. no idea when I ov'ed etc.

but on the test (tescos cheapy one) there's a def pos line for the test bit v v v faint thou some v slight colour. the control line started off as only going up half of the control side but as all of the pee has done the line's gone up to the top - (hasn't gone to the otherside at the line - stopped at the line iycwim.)

help old wise ones. the line was there after about 5 mins - but has got a bit clearer since the purple dye stuff has gone.

so is it an evap line, is it a pos test, or an invalid one? can't get to the shop till fri to do another one (should know either way by then I guess! lol) any thoughts?

what did you think when you first looked at the test?

I had a very very faint line on a test, and my period started a couple of hours later so I assume it was an evaporation line.

tbh I thought I could see something but wasn't sure so thought i'd wait and check after the 10 mins they say.

i think after 10 minutes it's not really valid any more. How long does it say on the test? Usually it should show the result after a couple of minutes.

will have to check - i've never had an evap on tescos tests before. with DS the line took about 6/7 mins to come up.

it's just a case of waiting then. I never get a BFP until at least 4and a half weeks pregnancy.

why dont u start a thread and ask if any lovely mumsnetters could post u a pg test.i would only i sent mine to someone a couple of weeks ago x

Or check the peeonastick website? I think it shows piccies of positive/negative/invalid tests....

fawk - I've orderd some cheapy one form ebay 3 for 2.88 they should work shouldn't they? will look into pee on a stick. the line's def there. I don't know if it's good to be pg or not yet - i'm so scared, in a way i'm hoping to see AF on her way. does that sound odd?

i did 2 tesco tests and as long as the line is fairly thick, and is a pupley pink colour its pink, i also got 3 bfns on them and never got an evap line.......

it is yes thick. god. that doesn't bode well with the ebay tests - before I used them and got a v v v faint (ebay test) but the CB were definate (was digital) I would have prefered those but can't get one till fri guess we'll wait and see.

still no AF, boobs are feeling v full and sore. and my blinking intrenet tests didn't show up today.
