I presume baby is sitting on my sciatic nerve because of how im feeling and the position of his kicks and movements (third baby) however...... He's moving so much which I guess is a good thing but, I can't wait. 🤣✌️ I have been doing physio all week and today I'm the worst I've been. The backache and period pain comes and goes like I need the toilet, there's nothing there. and my I'm literally aching in my bum like severely and it's really sore and I'm just not sure weather it all feels right anymore...... 🤣🤣 The pressure is unbelievable.
I do have SPD and Sciatica but I didn't have the aching bottom before. 🤣

Anyway any advice would be welcome!
Many thanks ❤️💜

Hi @LunaCakes,

We know you posted this a couple of days ago now (and we're hoping that by now you're feeling a bit more comfortable) but we thought we'd give this thread a bump in case anyone's on hand to offer you some advice and support.

Hang on in there! Brew

RIng your midwife and get them to check you haven't got a UTI before just dismissing it as sciatica.

I had SPD with my middle pregnancy and it was horrendous, you have my absolute sympathy. If it's any consolation, it went away within days of delivery thank god.

Hope you're more comfortable soon Flowers
