I’m so confessed please help

Hi all I’m new here , So basically about 3 weeks ago I had my appendix removed causing my to bleed down below for around 4 days I thought it could be my period but it could be due to them being near my overies when operating . A week before I had my appendix removed I had unprotected sex he only did it for a little but I’m worried as I think he pre cum . And yesterday 20th December when I went to the tolite I had a small pink discharge which I’ve never had before I’ve been having bad cramping then it would go away and I’ve been feeling sick I’ve gone of my food bad back pain my period is due today 21st December

The only way to be sure is to do a pregnancy test.

I know I live in the middle of no where and don’t really want my parents or anyone else knowing update I’ve had slight pink spotting today the same as yesterday when I’m supposed to be on today I’m so confussed

Have you been taking lots of anti inflammatories like ibuprofen or naproxen after your surgery? I had a similar period after an operation last year and apparently they can stop/lighten your periods

With all due respect op not one single person on here can tell you if you're pregnant or not. I'm sure you're aware that any unprotected sex can indeed cause pregnancy so of course there is a chance.
