Misscarriage or Desidual cast? *Graphic Photo*

Hi guys,
I'm pregnant. Had been bleeding for last week. Passed fresh blood and small clots. This evening I had awful tummy cramps and ran to bathroom- passed this. Is this a miscarriage or desidual cast? I have no pain now, actually feel better and bleeding has really slowed down.

I don't know I'm afraid, but wanted to offer a hand-hold and bump your thread up the list

I passed something like that and remained pregnant

Initially I thought I was 10w. But I went for a private ultrasound (transvaginal) last week and they could see a gestational sac & yolk sac- no fetus or heartbeat yet and told me I was 6w. This is plausible as I have PCOS so my cycles can be anywhere from 170 days to 39 days!

Did you ever find out what it was? It's sort of lumpy and hard. I just think it's odd I feel better now it's passed... I'm going to speak to my midwife in the morning and hopefully get an urgent scan.

Hope you got sorted OP, I had bleeding like this with my first pregnancy, they couldn't figure out why when I was scanned but I miscarried about 2 weeks later. Hope yours is a positive outcome x

Hi all,
The scan showed I had misscarried. It was the whole thing bathe bottom but is tissue. I think if you look you can see a face, arm and leg. x
