4th missed miscarriage and feeling hopeless

Dear ladies,

Dr. Shehata confirmed my 4th missed miscarriage, with the baby's growth stopping at 7 weeks, just like all the others. He confirmed high NK killer cells and prescribed Hydroxychloroquine but this hasn't worked.

I've already had 5 D&Cs so far over the past 3 years as products of conception kept getting left behind with previous surgeries, requiring me to have a second surgery for the same miscarriage.

With this pregnancy I was on Hydroxychloroquine, aspirin, progesterone suppositories, cQ10, omega 3 and multivitamins.

For some reason all 4 pregnancies have been in the top left horn of my uterus, all have died at 7 weeks and all cause my uterus to balloon into a bicornate shape only during pregnancy.

All pregnancies that have been tested showed up as chromosomally normal.

So what could this be? Has anyone else experience similar? I am getting the feeling the problem is my uterus. Despite the embryo being chromosomally normal, I feel like the pregnancy fails because my uterus is not behaving as it should...

Any thoughts, help, advice welcome xxxx
