Early pregnancy signs?

Hi all,
I had unprotected sex nearly 3 weeks ago. For the last week or so I've been feeling a bit sick and after eating i get stomach ache a bit like I need a poo (but going regularly). I know its too early to say and I need to wait for my period but just wondered if anyone else has had early symptoms similar that ended up being pregnancy? I didn't really get any symptoms with my first so don't know if it's just wishful thinking. Thanks

It's hard to say sometimes as some 'pregnancy symptoms' can also be for varied other reasons hopefully you don't have long to wait to test.. When is Af due as frer tests can usually pick up I think it's 9 days before missed period x good luck x

I know I'm just being impatient 😂 due round about boxing day so not too long to wait. I tested on Monday and negative but wasn't an early detection test so maybe too early. We'll see 🤞
