Avoiding certain food/drink at Christmas?!

Hi everyone

My family and DH family know I love my Camembert and pate at Christmas and I don't know what to say because I know I'll be offered it but after multiple miscarriages I don't want to tell any family until I at least get to 15 weeks!

Alcohol avoidance is fine for me as I'm not a big drinker anyway, it's quite normal for me to stay on soft drinks even at celebrations.

Any advice?? Xxx

If you don't want to say it just eat something else, I don't think everyone looks at other people's mouths while they eat.

Just take a bit, put it on your plate, don’t eat it, no-one will notice

You could always say you ate too much at dinner and feel too full to eat a lot!

@R2D2abc my Mum makes homemade pate just for me because she knows I love it so she will notice but yeah.

@squigglybook and @SparkleUK those are good ideas, I will do that xx
