Brown spotting/discharge 7 weeks

Hello

Absolutely terrified 😭 since this morning I have a brownish discharge on loo roll when I wipe.

I'm 7.5 weeks pregnant. I had a scan at 6 weeks and all was fine as I had been experiencing bad pain and have had 2 miscarriages this year.
I remember this a week before my first miscarriage. I'm fearing the worst. I cannot possibly imagine going through a third miscarriage and especially through Christmas 😢

Iv got a scan booked for Friday as EPU advised I'm seen.

Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this or no what maybe causing it?

Forgot to say morning sickness has been a lot less over the last couple of days & boobs slightly less tender.

I had this. I went to get extra progesterone from the dr. It was a pessary that I put in at night.

I had this. As its old blood its less of a concern. They put it down to an old implantation bleed. Everything turned out OK and I'm now 5 days over due date waiting for baby to arrive! Hope it's the same for you x

Thanks lady's. Hopefully I'm just over worrying. It's also the time I'd be due for my period. Don't no if that would be anything to do with it. X

@Gabbs1992 yes currently 33 weeks now.
At 11/12 weeks I had a massive bleed and clot.
Thankfully all was ok.

@Gabbs1992 hi love, i know this thread is from a while back but im nearly 7 weeks pregnant and ive been having this too. did everything go okay for you? i had a scan 2 days ago there was a baby and a heartbeat, after the scan i started lightly bleeding but this morning it’s turned into brown discharge. just looking for reassurance anywhere i can xx

Can you go into your EPU?
It's an old post but have a very healthy 3 year old sat next to me here which caused this bleed in my pregnancy and I also had many more bleeds throughout and she stuck.

They couldn’t get me in until next Wednesday due to consultant strikes 😫 so I guess it’s just a waiting game 😓 thank you for your reply, I have everything crossed 🩷

I've now got a 3.5yr old and a 2yr old. Brown spotting with both, they never worked out why! Everything crossed for you

I had a very light brown tan discharge a week ago, no pain... it was literally straight after a steady 5 mile walk. It only happened the once on a pant liner and not when I wiped/didn't happen again - also no pain or any other symptoms.
I went for a scan a couple of days later, I thought I was 7 weeks from my LMP (though have slightly irregular/shorter cycles) but they said it measured at only 4mm , so likely less than 6 weeks... and although everything else appeared normal and in situ, they couldn't detect a heartbeat by intravaginal scan. They said likely because too small, but I'm worried that unless I didn't ovulate when I thought I did, the pregnancy discontinued and I just haven't passed.
Anybody else had similar experience, when they were a week or 2 behind on LMP and thus couldn't detect an early heartbeat at 6 weeks or under? I think I was measuring 5 and a half.
Back for a scan in a week... but so worried I asked them to to put me in progesterone! Now concerned it might mask a silent miscarriage, and that I haven't really had an major pregnancy symptoms - no nausea. I'm sure I had nausea straight away in previous pregnancies. Just hungry often and have had sore swollen boobs and sensitive nipples.. that arent as bad now? Progesterone may have made me more bloated and constipated. Awake most nights thinking about everything!!!

Sadly not. I went back for a scan and baby could no longer be seen.
I wouldn't have believed I was pregnant if I had not had that early scan and seen then! I had a miscarriage at what would have been 9 weeks . Hope all goes well for you... I have friends who bled and had babies.. 🤞💖 Thanks for responding x

I have seen so many posts and I’m so worried , I’ve been using progesterone so hope it could be that but three days ago started getting brown discharge , do you think it’s the start of a miscarriage?

how did everyone get on?
im currently going through the same symptom wise.
iv got an appointment today at the EPU for a scan im actually so nervous, i just don’t feel positive
