Not feeling sick anymore

I thought I was 8 weeks pregnant went for an early scan because I was getting 1 sided pains but the scan suggested I was 6 weeks pregnant. I was feeling really sick since 3 weeks but this week I am apparently in my 7th week I have stopped feeling sick in the morning and my appetite is back to normal aswell I have been having constipation since I am pregnant and it's been this week could that be the reason? I am just freaking out if everything is okay. I did have my scan last week where everything seemed okay.

Symptoms can and will come and go throughout pregnancy. Some people feel sick etc through the first trimester whilst others only feel it a bit and for others it lasts the whole pregnancy try not to worry x

I suddenly stopped feeling sick on pregnancies that ended with healthy children and with miscarriage.... Unfortunately there is just no knowing.
