So trying to get things moving along as instructed by midwife but sorry if TMI but all it’s making me want to do is run to the loo

I had a birthing ball, only really used once I was in labour, it was amazing, I didn't really bounce but more circular motions it helped turn my baby from back to back to normal! Good luck xx

I was two weeks over due, had a sweep nothing happened, had another a week later and went in to Labour two days after! xx

Bounce away!! I had sex with dp, bounced on the ball all day between painting a wall and my waters broke about 4pm!
