Hi! I hope this is the right thread for this group as I wanted to ask pregnant mommies on what they think about it.
So basically I had a missed miscarriage which isn't completed yet.. going through it.
What I wanted to know was that I've left my pregnancy vitamins and was thinking should i start having preconception tablets or just folic acid?
As ive heard that seven seas preconception mess the cycles for some and some state that they help them regulate.
Pls help thank you c.f.

Never took any and got pregnant at the most random time.

You need to be taking at least folic acid and Vitamin D. A general prenatal vitamin will not impact on your cycle.

I'm very, very early in pregnancy (6+3) but I took proceive tablets and used a fertility friendly lubricant during the week I ovulated. I got pregnant on the second cycle after starting these so no idea if it helped or if I would have conceived anyway but I'm 37 so definitely wasn't expecting it to happen that fast.
I've now switched to pregnacare supplements.

And can I also add that I am so sorry you are going through this! Xx
