Does anybody else find just sometimes their hearts beating a bit funny since they became pregnant? This has never happened me before I was pregnant.. also I have had like 2 ECGS on my heart and its came back okay but when I was gettin that my heart wasnt beating funny.. it's not sore or anything it just sort of goes off rhythm and I can noticeably feel it, or maybe goes slow then goes a bit faster, can anyone please give me advice on this?😂

Yes, I've had terrible palpitations and breathlessness. I too have had a couple of ECGs and I ended uo having to finish work earlier than planned because I had a pulse of up to 140bpm at times. My issues were resolved when I was prescribed iron tablets. Although my blood tests showed me to only be borderline anaemic, I was exhibiting symptoms and therefore advised to take the supplement. They made a huge difference, but it did take about ten days for them to have any effect.

I had a day where my heart was having constant ectopic beats (that feeling where your heart misses/skips a beat) like 5 or 6 times a minute all day. Had an ECG and they could see the rhythm but didn't know why other than just one of those weird pregnancy things. My heart can be a little bit odd at times due to years of thyroid issues! In A&E I had a bunch of tests to rule out anything serious and they basically just said to try to deal with it as they'd prefer not to medicate a pregnant woman if possible and the beats are uncomfortable but harmless. It felt awful but it improved loads very quickly. I cut out all caffeine (not that I'd been drinking much) just in case that had contributed. Within a few days the weird rhythms had stopped. So it may well be something that resolves itself but sensible to ensure you get thoroughly checked out while it's happening.
