Watery discharge during exercise

I'm slightly worried, I'm only 5 weeks pregnant and have gone to my Taekwondo class, spoke to my instructor and he said it's fine and to just stop when I feel the need to. Nothing too strenuous but an hour of the way in I felt like I was leaking. I went to the toilet and it seems there's a watery discharge there. I've had cramps today but nothing unusual, nothing while I've been exercising and no bleeding at all. Can someone put my mind to rest please:(

I’m a new user beginning to panic about catering for upcoming Christmas gatherings. We get supermarket party food for them, both fresh and frozen. But the reason I am starting to feel anxious is that I have become obsessed with use by dates and food danger zones. Up until a year or so ago I just used common sense about food looking and tasting fine, which served me and my family perfectly well for many years. But after a very stressful time I had last year, something changed in my brain. I now use mindfulness to cope with stress but my food safety obsession is still here. Just wondering if anyone can give me a reality check? Thank you.

@Oneforgoodluck could it of just been urine? If no pain or bleeding I wouldn't worry your discharge will change throughout pregnancy

@Boymummy3 I didn't even think of that! Didn't feel like it was coming from there but possibly could have been. Thank you, I'm finding it difficult to enjoy these changes without worrying what they might be!
