confused

I am 4 days late with my periods but I have no pregnancy symtoms or symptoms of a period arriving either, I am very confused as the last time I was pregnant I got very early signs of pregnancy. I don't want to take a test as I know I will be disappointed if it comes back negative. Has anypone else experienced this and do you think I could be pregnant, i am usually very regular

Before xmas i was 9 days late and done about 4 tests all of which were negative, then the day id handed in a sample to the doctor my period arrived.
The only thing you can do really is test.

hi, with my first 3 pg i new i was pg before i did the test, this time around i did test only because i late and was really shocked to see a positive. Basically it is possible but the only way to no for sure is to do test. Good Luck x

I would wait a week before doing a test, as in three more days.

I also get very disappointed by negetive test results, then get annoyed at the money I waste on them.

Thanks for everyones coments, I did a pg test on sunday and it came back positive, I am happy about it but now I am worried incase things go wrong, I have already had 2 ectopic pg and 1 miscarriage. I have been booked in for an early scan but I will only be 61/2 weeks is that too early to see anything.

Iv read that they may not see the baby, but they can see the babies heart beating, as it quite large compared to their body at such an early stage. So they will know where te baby is as they can see its heat - or so iv read! Good luck anyway, although im sure you'll be fine!
