Hi, has anybody experienced cramps in the lower tummy at 10-11 weeks? They are not strong but getting slightly more frequent. Getting quite worried.

It can be your uterus expanding.

If you feel worried, which is totally understandable, why not calling your doctor?

Because he can't do anything about it. Just trying to get some people experiences to see if it's normal

I had a lot of pinch like cramps around then. Some were quick and others lasted longer but tended to stop if I moved. Worried when I had them and worried when I didn’t! 12+4 and I still get them sometimes.

Thanks. Mine feel like pulling a muscle sometimes. Some other times is more sharp, and some other time is similar to very light period pain.

Try taking paracetamol see if it eases it(if painfull or achey) Or a bath or lie down etcc as pp has said its probally everything stretching. We can all say yeah it's pretty normal but for some it may not be could you speak with your midwife to ask their advice as it's probally better getting a medical professionals opinion if your worried x

Paracetamol not needed at all - cramps are light. Would not even describe them as pain. More a discomfort
