Hi

Was wondering if anyone was eating Manuka honey as part of their “pregnancy diet” ?

Thoughts?

Honey is fine to eat while pregnant - but don’t feed to a baby till they’re one. I’m a bit skeptical about manuka honey - I’m a beekeeper so prefer my own! There’s an interesting BBC article about it here: www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/21sD2l323f9hzdfM7Smw9B4/is-manuka-honey-worth-the-money

I took Manuka honey to get over a horrible lingering viral infection, it's the only thing that helped. But I havnt been taking it daily, you could if you wanted to
