34 week bloods

Sorry for what is probably a really stupid question but I have my form for my 34 week blood tests. When should I go for them if my midwife appt is 34+3? I assume they need to be done so she has the results by then but is it ok to have done before I'm actually 34 weeks?

Blood results come back fairly quickly I've had them done on a Monday before and had midwife the Thursday and she's already seen the results. Just have them done when you turn 34 week?

@Boymummy3 thanks - my only concern was I turn 34 weeks on the Friday so might be held up over the weekend?

Hmm yeah I see.. Sure a couple days earlier wouldn't make much difference? Even if its the Wednesday or Thursday xx

Hello - the bloods will be sent to the labs on the day they’re taken and the results will be back the same day (although the midwife probably won’t look at them for a few days). Having your bloods done on the Friday will be fine 👍
