Irregular periods coming off contraception with potential posstive test

I have come off the depo shot in August I have been bleeding heavily every couple of weeks. Last week I bled for 5 days and was very light didn't even fill a pad. I have taken 3 tests due to feeling sick and cramping and one was a different brand and was posstive but other two have a very very very faint line not sure if it's evap or what! Over night it has got darker! I'm just so confused and don't know what to believe

Don't read a test after the alloted time as it can bring up false positive but depending on the sensitivity of the test depends on if a faint line will show etc.. Best tests for early detection is frer tests not sure if you took any of these? I'd wait a couple days as hcg tends to rise every 2 days I think it I'd and retest with onex
