Pain left side bump 19 weeks

Hi ladies

I am just over 19 weeks and have started getting pain in the left side quite high up of my bump . It started early hours this morning it is mainly a bit like a muscle pain. It doesn't seem to be easing. I do have trapped wind and constipation so not sure if it could be that .

Has anyone experienced pain like this ? I don't have an out of hours number for my midwife . I had a scan on Friday and looked okay and I have felt him moved this morning and heard his heartbeat with a Doppler.

I've had previous miscarriages all early on so I'm really anxious.

Sounds like it probally is trapped wind but you can always ring the hospital for advice? X

My midwife told me when I had pain on the left side that its linked to constipation - it's always on the left side apparently so it seems like it may be that. Try some orange juice to help the bowels!
