I'm around 10 weeks and have had bad cramping similar to my period the last couple of days. Had some slight brown spotting. I went to out of hours today but the doctor wasn't concerned and wouldn't refer me for a scan. I'm really worried this isn't normal, I haven't had cramping this bad until now. Any stories positive or negative? I just want to know if this is bad news.
