I'm really struggling with eating healthy. I've been suffering severe hyperemesis but now managing normal food finally but because I couldn't eat properly for over 4 months I'm now binging on junk from takeaways, coke cola, crisps, cake and unhealthy lunches and dinners.
I'm now putting on a lot of weight quickly after losing it and worried I'm gonna get fat and get gestational diabetes.
Any ideas how to stop before it gets out of control or is this just part of pregnancy.
