For those that had spotting

I'd really appreciate any thoughts on this. I'm 6 weeks with my second and have had brown discharge since last Saturday. Had a streak of red on Tuesday so went to EPU and saw the sac and yolk but I was only 5+4 so they said it was too early for heartbeat. I've had constant brown discharge since. I remember having spotting with my daughter but not for this long. Anyone else have spotting that went on for a while?

Yes I had it on and off until 11 weeks. Had 3 scans in EPU and each one was fine.

I had spotting every day from a few days after my bfp until 8 weeks. It was mainly brown but I had a few instances of red. I had a couple of early scans and they couldn’t see a cause. Currently 12+2 and everything is good well so far.

With my first baby I spotted regularly until 20 weeks. He's ten now.

I'm 8 weeks today and I've had brown spotting the entire time, occasionally red too. I went for a scan at 6+5 and baby was there with a heartbeat. The staff said sometimes it's just one of those things they can't explain. Try not to worry

I had constant spotting from 5 weeks to 9 weeks and then more spotting at 11/12 weeks.

Mostly brown but some red/clotty.

Seems to have settled down now, but I’m still slightly worried.

I had brown and bright red spotting - dd is 6 now 😊

I'm now at pinky brown mucus stage. Sorry TMI. I'd forgotten how bloody stressful pregnancy is. Can't even talk to dh about it as he gags at the word 'spotting'

@BoomBoomBoomLetMeHearYouSay have you had your 12 week scan yet? I'm sure everything is ok
