Sharp pain under bump and vagina when walking 35 weeks

Is this SPD or PGP? It's so painful walking down stairs, getting in and out of bed, standing up etc. I did just have it near to my clitoral/lip area (sorry) like it felt bruised (but isn't painful to touch just whilst moving) but now it's the whole area under my bump. It literally makes me yelp when I walk down the stairs

SPD tends to be more the sides but that doesn't sound too great as those symptoms sound like it. Are you able to give your midwife a call in the morning?

Have a warm bath, keep your legs elevated and sleep with a pillow between your legs for now.
