This is my first pregnancy and i'm abit oblivious to most things - I've discovered that you basically have to google everything yourself to find anything out.

I'm only 16 weeks, but i'm just wondering when do I start doing things? (is that a silly question?)

Like when did people start researching prams and car seats and moses baskets and where do I even start? How do I know what's best for baby?!?!

When did people start buying clothes/gadgets/sorting out the nursery?

When did people start looking into labour/birth plans and where do you even start to look at things like that?

How/where do I get medical based information on breastfeeding vs bottle feeding rather than opinion based on google?

Any advice/tips/recommendations on products etc are greatly welcomed :)

Some people are super prepared, others leave it much more last minute - I don't think there is a "right time" to buy - it's up to you! I would really recommend looking on eBay/gumtree/Facebook if you can get some stuff second hand it saves you a lot of money. Baby won't really mind what pram you have - the choice is for you! I wanted one that lay flat & had the option to parent face but mostly chose ours on the fact that it folded small and fitted in the boot of my tiny car Smile
Your midwife should be able to answer questions on feeding & labour. I read a book on hypnobirthing which I found helpful, but ultimately you can't really control what happens in the end!
