Sharp pains in middle?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant, had a scan at 12+2 and all looked great I have had sharp pains in my sides for a good few weeks when I stand up quickly or move suddenly but over the last week I've had some sharp ones more central almost where you would expect baby to be! They don't last long and go away when I rest. Are these normal too? They are quite painful

Can be ligaments stretching or everything else stretching and moving
If you are moving too quick making sudden movements then it could be the case of ligaments etc but nothing wrong with seeking medical advice to put your mind at ease x
