Are you allowed them?
I'm 20+4 today and my throats starting to get sore.

No you aren't as far as I am aware. But check with your midwife. I suppose it depends on the ingredients of them.

I don't think you're allowed decongestants, so if strepsils contain decongestants, you've had it.

This is a useful website...
www.medicines.org.uk/emc/product/5638/pil

You can use it to bring up the leaflets that come inside the boxes of medication to check if they’re allowed or not.

This one says to check with your doctor or pharmacist. That’s easy enough to do if you buy them from a pharmacy!

I was hoping to have them and tried the pharmacist in an Asda and she said no. Instead I went for Jakemans honey, lemon and menthol sweets 👍🏻

Jakemans are the only sweets you can have for sore throats
