Pink discharge, cervix pain and protein in urine at 32 weeks

I saw the midwife today and she dipped my urine. It came up with alerts for protein and traces of blood. I've noticed slightly pink discharge on pantyliners too. This is accompanied by cervix pain (similar to what you can during a smear test - like it's opening). She asked if I have any symptoms of a UTI, but I don't.

I had preeclampsia with my first son, so anxious it could be this again. My first son was born at 36 weeks due to being small and the placenta not working properly. This baby is measuring small now too, so wondering if it's all linked.

You can have traces of protein in urine with a uti is she sending off your sample to get checked? Or referring you for any other tests for Pe? I personally would quierie if you could have the tests done (I've never had pe so not sure what they do) the cervix pain is normal later on in pregnancy as baby is probally pushing more on it I've had the same pains too since 32 weeks and he's moved down a little. If your worried maybe give triage a call and see if they will see you? X

@boymummy3 she is sending the urine sample off to be checked and she wants me to see her again on Tuesday. So hopefully know more then.

She mentioned the pink discharge, cervix pain and cramps I've been feeling could be signs of early labour, which I hope it's not obviously. She said if I have any of the symptoms again, then to call the hospital. It's also worrying me that baby has been measuring small ever since being measured, and now he's below where he should be again.

I am seeing the consultant every few weeks, where he scans me, due to the previous preeclampsia and c section. Seeing him again 7th Jan at 36 weeks.
