Hi I’m just wondering does anybody have experience with Acupunture from 37 weeks on to naturally induce labour? I’m trying to avoid a hospital induction. Thank you

Hi with my last I had:
Acupuncture, aromatherapy, bounced on ball, expressed colostrum, sweeps, regular sex- basically you name it, I had it! Baby was born at 41+ 5! Seemed a very long wait, but I’m sure that was just how long he needed. What I would say is it doesn’t hurt and I found it much less invasive than the sweeps. Currently, 39+ 4 and declined sweeps but while was having spd acupuncture last week I was offered labour prep and took it- although I’m not sure it’s made any diff. Maybe others have had more luck?
