Hi, so I have seen a few threads related to Gestational diabetes and I know a lot of us are struggling to come to terms with having GD or are concerned if we have it.
I have seen women sharing there personal experiences with GD and what works and doesn't work for them in terms of food etc
I am personally struggling to come to terms with the GD and with what I can prep for my meals in advance as I have a toddler to take care of as well and don't have much time to prep meals.
I think myself and others with GD would appreciate any advice or recipes that have been tried and tested to help keep sugar levels maintained. I understand we are all different and we will take differently to certain foods but I'm sure we can experiment with foods that are recommended to see what will work for us.
