Hi this isn't about me but a very close relative has anyone experienced this before? She is currently taking tramadol for severe back pain and hasn't had any periods for a whilst, took a pregnancy test about 5 weeks ago and it was faint went for a scan and nothing showed bloods were only slightly elevated I think HcG was around 6. Told to come back if test still positive as apparently tramadol can give false positives, however 4 weeks later the test is now darker than the control line. They have a scan tomorrow so will know either way but anyone experienced this before pregnancy at this age, and the medication?
