Advice in ways to deal with this. 34w tomorrow and struggling to get a breath. I'm so tired. I've tried sleeping up right. On side etc.
I don't have mw till weds. But also suspect my iron is low as struggle naturally with this and with dd had to have iron transfusions.
It almost feels like when I used to have panic attacks.. Like someone sitting on my chest

It's iron. You need to get it sorted OP.

It does sound like anaemia. My iron levels were only borderline low, but I was incredibly breathless and also had geart palpations - my heart was beating up to 140bpm. It obviously affects some more than others

Thank you. Rang them. They said as all movement was fine with baby I didn't need to be seen and was either due to lack of space due to growing baby or iron levels which I'll Have bloods done weds. Unless I can get a gp apt before then.. ( awaiting a call if gp has a cancellation),
It's not to bad at the moment but as the day goes on it gets worse.
