Suppose no one can say it isn't possible but it could also just be wind... They do say you feel it earlier with more pregnancies but I'm not sure baby is big enough yet to be able to feel? Could be totally wrong though x

I think as pp say that no one can say definitely no, but from experience I can tell you( I'm pregnant with my 4th baby) that it is most probably wind or your muscles doing some twitches. Consider that at 12 weeks your baby is still under your pelvis bones. The baby will definitely move but as is tiny and bones are not hardenened yet, it's difficult to feel until later on.

With my first I noticed the first movements at 18 weeks, with my second I remember feeling something towards end of 13 weeks but I'm not 100% and anyways this baby was big as a generic issue was affecting him, third was after 20 weeks, this one I started to notice something at 17, but now 20 weeks and still struggle to feel properly as placenta is anterior.

Also to say that after one of my births I could still feel some weird movements in my upper tummy and I think it's normal muscle involuntary movements.

Hope this helps.
