Inverted Uterus

I have an inverted uterus and I'm 24 weeks pregnant but I have like no bump really. Is this normal? Baby is all growing fine and correct size but with wearing normal clothes I look slightly bloated and that's about all.
Will I get a bump or does having a tilted back uterus make the bump less prominent.

Do you mean retroverted? As in it’s tipped backwards rather than lying over the bladder?

If so, I have a retroverted uterus too - it moves into the same position as a normal uterus in the second trimester. Is this your first baby? Bumps come late in your first (especially if you’ve got good abdo muscles!)

@Nelbert19 yes that's what I meant sorry! And yes it's my first pregnancy.
Hes kicking a lot and moving a round a lot but I just dont look pregnant unless I told someone.
