Hi, so I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and have always suffered with lower back pain due to a minor slip disk.
When I was pregnant with my DS I had back pain which I didn't feel as much as he was born prem at 26 weeks so I guess I didn't have a chance to get bigger/heavier so it didn't affect me as much.
With my second pregnancy I am a lot bigger and feeling the back pains a lot more, it's getting to the point we're I can't sleep at night and tossing and turning, which I find difficult to do as well.
Can any please recommend anything that I can do or use to ease the pain a bit, I have heard of back support belts but I don't know we're to start. Any advice would be helpful, thank you in advance
