I was induced with my first daughter so I have no idea what the start of labour feels like.

Last night in bed I was having regular cramping for over an hour and just ended up going to sleep thinking if it was labour it'd wake me up. Well this morning it has started again and I'm only 35+5! They feel like period cramps that go into my back 🙈 happening around every 5-7 minutes and lasting around 30 seconds

Have a check with your MW it could be the start of labour or could be Braxton Hicks which can be a bit intense. An internal exam will tell is your cervix is softening

Have you had any fluid loss? (your waters) not that you have to have this as a sign of Labour as I never did untill baby was about to literally come out but they will ask you if you phone triage.. I'm 33weeks and over the weekend I had lower back period type pains with presuure/period type cramps coming and going at the bottom of my bump (pretty much what labour feels like) I thought it was the start of something but I had paracetamol and a bath and it eased off since I've had lower dull back ache but that's it so for me it was just braxton hicks but if yours havnt eased off and are coming regularly then I would give triage a call and they may get you in to check.
