Hello!

Wondering if anyone had any advice..!

Am 33 (+2) weeks and yesterday suddenly started feeling really rubbish. My whole body aches, had those lightening pains and just feel really run down. I'm guessing this is just part of the pregnancy...? Was tempted to call the midwife, but don't want to waste their time...! Any advice, welcome!

37 weeks and been feeling the same for weeks, doesn’t help that I’m huge 😂 but I wouldn’t worry, it’s normal to feel extremely rough at this point on the pregnancy, just try to relax as much as possible! Good luck with everything.

Hey, I'm 31 weeks and I'm starting to feel my body needing to slow down a lot now, especially compared with just a few weeks ago. I've also been suffering those lightening twinges too for a few weeks and they're a total pain as there doesn't seem much you can do about them except rest 😬 I've bought one of those massage pad things in the amazon sale and that's helped soothe some of the aches in my back and feet 🙂 Even though it sounds like what you're experiencing is probably normal, never be afraid to give your midwife a quick call. That's what they're there for, to support you physically and emotionally, and I'm sure they would rather you call and it's nothing than spend weeks worrying 😊 Take care and hang in there, not long left now!

33+1 here and feel exactly the same. Every movement feels like baby is trying to dig his way out my cervix... My hips feel bruised asif they are about to crumble away. Back is in bits and have dull period type back ache.. Along with my whole body feeling totally drained and I feel like I could literally constantly sleep.
Of course if you want to speak with your midwife then they won't hold that agenst you they would rather you voice your concerns ill be telling my midwife all this at my app on Thursday.. Secretly hoping she will feel pitty on me and give me a sweep at 38 weeks! X

I'm 30 and absolutely feel your pain!

I can't get comfy on a night and just feel restless and achy everywhere. On one hand I try and convince myself it surely can't be that bad as I've still got a bit to go but he feels so heavy now and everything like such an effort!
Thankfully it's all worth it but doesn't make it any easier right now 😂
