Has anyone else experienced feeling period-like i.e horrible stomach and back cramps?

I'm 26 weeks preg & this feeling hasn't budged for a whole day now, and I've gone to the toilet twice in this time noticing a slight pink tinge when wiping.. I've got a scan/consultant appointment in two days time but really not sure if I should be concerned and not wait it outSad

Advice?

I'd personally contact triage and explain to them and get their advice I wouldn't wait till your Consultant app. With cramps and by sounds of it pinky discharge or possibly slight bleeding you can never be to sure what's going on

I had that at the very beginning of my pregnancy, but not as late as you.

Thanks guys!

I'm going to see how I feel in the morning but by the looks of things i'm going to at least call for advice.

~fingers crossed~

Triage always told me to call whenever I was worried, they're open 24/7.

I'd definitely seek professional advice, I had that as an early pregnancy symptom and would worry later on if I had it.

If you are still awake I would call now. Hopefully everything is fine for you!

Thank you for the concern guys.

I did a urine sample at the hospital and they found blood and protein in it. Blood pressure and baby's heartbeat was good so they're not majorly concerned. I did a second sample and it's being sent off.
Awaiting the results now, anxiously. I'll hear back within three days.
😞
