Possibly a stupid question but do you have to dispose of them a certain way?

No, just put them in the bin (presuming you haven’t got washable one, in which case you just use them for ever more!)

Thanks! If in the UK intake it they go in the 'landfill' bin rather than any if the recycling ones?

I dont think theyre made from recyclable materials anyway let alone after theyre used.

Lots of people use material breast pads that can be washed if you were thinking about being 'greener' :-)

Yes, you cannot recycle them. But you can buy reusable ones and then you can.
