Lh surge or ovulation

So finally after 220+ of no periods...
My fertility doctor give me provera. Took my last pill today and was told on the last day to take a okp.. but I don't know if this is a Lh surge or a positive for ovulation 😩

I've some cramps here and there but nothing too bad 😩😩

LH surge is what triggers ovulation! The test measures LH, ovulation should follow within 24-48 hours. Time to dtd, good luck!
