I got these today as i’ve heard good things about them. Anyone had them? When is the best time to start taking & how many per day? I’m 36+3 😬 What’s people’s reviews ?

Hey

My midwife told me on Monday

2X 500mg in the am
2X 500mg in the pm

And pop one up your hoo-ha in the evenings from 39 weeks too.

I'm 39 weeks today been trying for 5 days and nothing yet although since taking them I went from a 0 to a 3 on the bishops scale (had examination Monday and was 0 and again Thursday and was 3)

What do these actually do?

Theyre meant to stimulate your womb and cervix or something I think. I took them for extra CM when ttc first time round but remember that you're supposed to stop as soon as you've ovulated
