I've had cramps early pregnancy and it's been a different outcome.
Early pregnancy cramps can be normal esp around the time you would of been having a period if no bleeding then hopefully all is well.. The day I tested with my 2nd I wa sin agony asif I was going to have a really bad period which obv didn't come.
Another time I had bad cramps accompanied by bleeding and ended in a mmc. X

When I did mc I had no cramps.
Unlike every successful pregnancy where I have had bad period type cramps at week 4 as if period arriving...
It became a joke I couldn't be pregnant as had bad cramp!!
If your hpt are getting darker try and relax.
Pregnancy is a tough road. You need to woman up asap!!

Hi there. I felt uncomfortable cramps at around 4-6 weeks. Id get them at work where i had to take myself to the toilet as they felt slightly painful. They’d last around 20 mins on off usually in the afternoon. Im now 18 weeks and my pregnancy is still going healthy so far. I was told the cramps can be implantation pains, where the embryo is pushing itself into your womb lining/implanting for the start of growth and pregnancy. If you feel they stay painful, constant and show blood or pink spotting, ring your gp/midwife unit for some advice. X
