Omg! I am stressing! This is my first pregnancy & I just reached 9 weeks a couple friends already told me I looked huge! Should I be worried?! I get super hungry so I can’t stop eating and I am pretty bloated. I would expect to look like this at least by month 3 Confused

Twins? Or more?!

MajorFaffington · 07/12/2019 06:41

Congratulations!

At 9 weeks it is probably just bloating rather than baby. I think your uterus doesn’t come any higher than your pelvis until 12 weeks.

Having said that, in my second pregnancy, I was “showing” from 9 weeks and he did turn out to be a bigger baby (8lbs 13oz at 39+2)

I looked huge throughout all my pregnancies. It's just hormonal bloat in the beginning! I did put vast amounts of weight on as well unfortunately. Couldn't stop eating, especially after the first trimester. I wouldn't worry.

RhymingRabbit3 · 07/12/2019 06:45

I looked huge at 9-12 weeks because I was so bloated, not because of the actual baby. It went down a lot in the second trimester and now I'm 24 weeks with an actual bump which is baby not bloat Grin

The responses made me feel a little better! Smile so I’m hoping the bloat will go down! Less bloat more baby please Grin

Make sure you're drinking lots of water and eating little and often instead of having big meals. This will help with the bloating x

MustardScreams · 07/12/2019 09:17

It’ll be bloat, Baby is the size of a grain of rice so won’t be baby. Unless there’s 5 in there Grin It’ll go down soon.

Hi guys! I used to work out a lot before I got pregnant so just sitting around and laying down everyday doesn’t feel right to me. I at least want to go on at 30min walk and do a few squats and lunges with a 5lb is that ok? Like I said earlier I’m about 9 weeks shy. People are telling me I shouldn’t but I just can’t take not being active AT ALL & especially as much as I been eating Blush
