Baby bouncer / baby swing or both

Hey everyone,

We have been gifted both a baby bouncer seat and a swing seat thing that is self propelled. We know where they both came from so just wondered will I get use of both or should i take one back on the sly?

They are both quite expensive brands so seems a waste to keep both if one will just sit there but have most of the kit so nothing else that big that we really need need.

The swing was brilliant for my DTs, but the bouncer was brilliant as a seat that I could move around the house/ pop in front of the washing machine (my kids are weird and loved watching the clothes spin!) so I’d keep both.

Iv got the joie sansa 2 in 1 its really good. U can pull it off base carry it around n use it as a rocker

I'd keep both as you don't know if baby will like either or both etc.. Some babies don't e like the swing type chairs but others love them and vise versa with the bouncy chair.. And as pp said you can move one around the house when your busy doing stuff so will probally come in handy x

Yes I’d keep both. We had one of each and I kept the swing chair in the kitchen and moved the bouncer around the house as it was light enough to take into the bathroom/bedroom whilst getting ready. Also baby preferred swing chair whilst tiny but the bouncer was preferred once they had move movement

I didn't bother with a bouncer, just the swu g was good for us. I'd keep the swing chair over the bouncer as it'll help bsby skeeop

We got the Joie Sansa, its a swing but you can lift it of to take around the house! Its brilliant but I only take it of the base if I need to go in the kitchen for long periods and DD(3) is in the living room! So id say keep the swing, upstairs you can put them in their bed.
