i used to think that but my dd's never got the idea of going head down as dd1 breech and dd2 transverse

lulumama · 22/08/2007 20:11

i think because their circulatory system is not established until birth and they are suspended in fluid?

RGPargy · 22/08/2007 20:11

perhaps they DID get a head rush and that's why they stayed the right way up?

Yeah i was thinking it must be something like that, lulumama. Also as they've had no concept of being upside down, they wouldn't KNOW they're upside down would they??

Do they get a bum rush when they come out and get tipped up the right way?

RGPargy · 22/08/2007 20:17

Quite possibly, yes, hence the alleged "muconium" (or whatever it's called). It's probably just a bum rush!!

octoandflash · 22/08/2007 20:22

alleged?

RGPargy · 22/08/2007 20:31

Well yes. Everyone says it's this muconium stuff, but how do we know that it's not really bumrush stuff instead?? bums have feelings too!!!
