Faster birth 2nd time?

Hi everyone I'm due 2 weeks on Monday and I had a pretty bad time giving birth to my son the 1st time, I wasn't worried but the nearer things get the more I'm starting to panic, my midwife keeps telling me that it's usually quicker the second time, how true is that?
Anyone got any quick second labour stories to ease my suffering a bit lol

There is only 12 months difference between my 1st & 2nd if that makes any difference, and I was in labour for about 19 hours in the hospital and was having contractions for 10 hours before I went in at home, ended up with forceps, terrified of it happening again

First dc was 17 hours. Wasn't pleasant.
Dc 2, 3 +4 were less than 3 hours each.

My first was two days of early labour and about 12 of active labour and an hour and a half of pushing with an episiotomy and kiwi. 2nd was about 3 hours labour and 15 minutes pushing!

Twelve months between my first two. My first labour was 55 minutes, from contraction to delivery. My second was 3.5 hours. I did only push for two minutes though after waters were broken. It was my longest of four labours. Try not to worry OP every labour is different. Good luck.

First dc I was in early labour for 4 days then active labour for nearly 12 hours. 2nd dc, I was in labour for about 4 hours total and didn't even believe it was labour until about 2 hours before delivery.

First 13 hours - meconium, hospital transfer but ok.
Second 6 hours but much more painful

But, my sister's first was 2 hours and a bit shocking and second was 4 hours and lovely (planned home birth)

I was induced with both. With first took about 14 hours to get from 4 to 10cm dilated then 2 hours pushing then kiwi.
With second went from 4 to 10cm dilated in 30mins!! 10 mins pushing.

2nd was 3hours
I am currently 38 weeks with my 3rd!

1st was 4hours
2nd was 45 minutes

Dd1 about 60 hours.
Dd1 about 5 hours

First 4 hours
Second 10 hours

Very different weights though maybe that made a difference.
First 4lb 14
Second 9lb 9

DC1 6h
DC2 3h

Waters broke at 8pm and I had him at 10:03pm. Very quick second time around

My first was the quickest, 2nd was the longest 3rd was in between them both time wise

My first was 6 and half hours
2nd was 4 and half hours
3rd was 2 hours
4th baby official due date due in 3 more weeks but hopefully going to be induced at some point I'm hoping
