Im sooooooo confused and have nooooooo idea what's going on with my body :( ladies.. im on cd43 no sign of af.. and the only symptoms i have are sore boobs and fatigue. I've taken numerous tests and they have all come back negative? I tried an ovulation test this morning and a line come up? Does this mean anything? Have i just missed a period for a month? What if there is something serious going on? I've never missed a period before and not been pregnant.. a few days late but af usually arrives full force.

The ovulation test won't detect pregnancy as it's another hormone which you always have in your body.

If you continue not having your period and still negative pregnancy tests, you should probably seek medical advice from your GP. Could be anyway stress that's making your period be late.

Speak to your gp. Ovulation stick just means there is raised LH. Get to it!

@AliceAbsolum that’s a negative ovulation stick. The lines need to be the same colour to be positive, they’ll always be one faint line as our bodies always produces that hormone.
