I've had a pretty rough pregnancy (I'm 14 weeks) severe morning sickness, bad dizziness, headaches, sore boobs etc.
A couple of days ago all the symptoms just vanished, not gradually all at the same time, I know they're meant to subside in the second trimester, but is it normal for them to all disappear at once?
